Chapbook Contest

Please consider entering Kimera's fiction chapbook contest. First prize is $150.00, publication in the Winter 2001 and ten copies of the chapbook. Second prize   is ten copies of the chapbook with the winning entries. publication online in Winter 2001. All contestants will receive the winner's issue.

Contest Guidelines -- Deadline August 30, 2001 extended

All work will be considered if accompanied by contest fee, $15.00 per 25 pages. Please do not submit simultaneous submissions.

Submission Format Requirements:

submit up to 25 pages of a story, chapter or series of stories;
use double spacing;
use legible type;
submit typed copies only;
avoid simultaneous submissions;
include a short bio;
include both email (if any) and snail mail address on cover page only;
include a SASE for reply only.

Winners will be announced on or before October 15th, 2001 when the new edition of Kimera goes online. All contestants will receive a copy of the hard copy which will include the winners of the contest.
